Millersville University Senior Charged With Sharing Child Porn On Dropbox A Millersville University senior and dean’s list student has been charged with multiple felonies for distributing child pornography via Dropbox.Robert George Kiesel, 21, of Rawlinsville, was slapped with five felonies for “distributing images and videos of child pornography on the internet,” according to Pennylvania State Police’s Central Computer Crimes Unit. Newark Man Once Again Charged With Child Pornography A Newark man who has previously been convicted of child pornography offenses was indicted Wednesday on yet more charges involving sexual images of minors.  Keith Voolgaris, 62, was in possession of at least 50 videos showing sexual abuse of minors, including prepubescent children, from July to September 2017, according to authorities.
