Feds Charge Globe-Trotting Stem Cell Surgeon From Hackensack With Pocketing Payroll Taxes A world-traveling orthopedic surgeon from Hackensack who boasts of spearheading stem cell research worldwide failed to pay employees’ payroll taxes to the IRS over five separate years and used it for other purposes, a federal grand jury charged.
