FL Man, 75, Pulls Knife On Customer Over Spilled Wine At Fancy NJ Steakhouse: Police (Video) A Florida man was accused of pulling a knife on a customer at an upscale Rumson restaurant during an argument over spilled wine, authorities said. David Gulley, 75, of Palm Beach Shores, was arrested on Thursday, Aug. 22, the Rumson Police Department said in a news release. The fight happened at Red Horse by David Burke, a restaurant on the corner of Ridge Road and Avenue of Two Rivers. Cistaro lived in Hanover Township and graduated from the Morris County School of Technology Culinary Arts Academy in 2011, her obituary says. Cistaro then furthered her education by earning a Nursing License in 2014, her memorial says. Friends say the 44-year-old suffered a heart attack in his sleep. Ruiz owned Marie's Italian Specialties in Chatham for many years and was the executive chef at Sabor in Rutherford, along with Cuban Pete's In Montclair.
