North Bergen Teen Sexually Assaulted Child: Prosecutors An 18-year-old North Bergen man was arrested and charged with sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl several times in May, authorities announced. Brandon Majano was arrested on Thursday, July 6 and charged with sexual assault in the second degree, endangering the welfare of a child and possession of child sex abuse material, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. Majano was arrested at the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office in Secaucus and transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility pending his first court appearance next week, Suarez said.
