Dawid S. Iwaszek “exposed himself and masturbated in public while in the presence of a juvenile under the age of 13” on Thursday, May 23, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said. Pavan, of Tenafly, was riding his mountain bike at Tallman State Park when he lost control of his bike, causing him to hit the ground striking his head around 3:15 p.m., Wednesday, May 22, New York State Police Trooper Steven Nevel said. Todd Gentile was responsible for “an emerging pattern of social media posts threatening to shoot law enforcement officers,” the prosecutor said.
