A 40-year-old Newark man was arrested and charged with assaulting four men on the morning of Tuesday, Aug. 20, authorities said. At 7:47 a.m., police responded to Central Avenue and South 10th Street on a report of a man, Khalif Judd, assaulting four men using an object held inside a black bag, Newark Public Safety Director Fritz Fragé said. A bus driver and a passenger were both arrested on Friday, Aug. 16 after they got into a physical altercation in Newark, authorities said.
