1 Dead, 1 Injured In Luxury Car Crash On Garden State Parkway

One person died and another was hospitalized with serious injuries in a crash on the Garden State Parkway early Monday morning.

A Range Rover and Lexus crashed in the southbound lanes near milepost 136.3 in Clark around 2:40 a.m., New Jersey Police Sgt. Lawrence Peele said.

The driver of the Range Rover was taken to University Hospital in serious condition and the driver of the Lexus was pronounced dead at Rahway Hospital.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
