Woman Threw Stone Pavers Through City Hall Windows In Atlantic City: Police

A 35-year-old woman has been arrested for throwing stone pavers through windows at City Hall in Atlantic City, authorities said.

On Sunday, Oct. 8, at 12:05 a.m., patrol officers responded to City Hall in the 1300 block of Bacharach Boulevard for damage done to windows. Arriving officers found that several windows at the front entrance to the building had been shattered. Paver stones were found inside the building. Surveillance Center personnel viewed video of the suspect. 

At approximately 1 p.m. Officer Anthony Nastasi observed Tahmira Mackey near Pennsylvania and Atlantic Avenues. Mackey matched the description of the suspect in the surveillance video and was arrested, police said. She was found to have several outstanding warrants.

Mackey of Atlantic City was charged with criminal mischief.

She was sent to the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
