Kevin Noonan of Manchester Township pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident resulting in death on Monday, Feb. 14, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer. Pedestrian Struck On Jersey Shore Police, firefighters and EMS crews were called to a report of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle in Ocean County, authorities said. The crash occurred about 6:30 a.m. Thursday on the 200 block of Western Boulevard in Lacey Township, according to initial reports.
