Shooting Victim, 26, Drives Short Distance, Crashes Before Dying In South Jersey: Prosecutor A 26-year-old Willingboro man who was shot at an apartment complex then got behind the wheel of a car, which he crashed, and died 30 minutes later, authorities said. Christian Kurtz was found having suffered a gunshot wound in a vehicle around 7:15 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 10, when police were called to the scene of a car crash at  the intersection of Hedding-Jacksonville Road and Welsford Way, Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia L.
