The Johnson Park Animal Haven, which was flooded last September by Tropical Storm Ida, will close after a vote by the Middlesex County Board of Commissioners, the outlet said. James Mcgee, 66, and Shenique Mcgee, 46, died in the basement of their flooded home on Lincoln Place in Irvington on Sept. 1, NJ.com reports.
