A Brooklyn man has been arrested after leaving a dog and a cat in a hot car parked all day at an Atlantic City casino, authorities said. Thomas Cabot, 53, was charged with cruelty to animals after police freed his dog and cat from his car inside the Bally's Atlantic City parking garage on Thursday, July 13, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office.
