Philly Man Who Pulled Gun On Atlantic City Driver At Traffic Light Sentenced: Prosecutors A Philadelphia man will spend more than three years in prison after pulling a gun on a man in Atlantic City, authorities said. Sean Bennett, 31, was sentenced on Friday, June 7, to five years in state prison for second-degree unlawful possession of a handgun, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said in a news release. After Displaying Gun, Suspect Assaults Atlantic City Police Officer: PD A 30-year-old man from Pennsylvania was arrested on numerous charges after pointing a gun at a motorist and resisting arrest, authorities said. On Sunday, Aug. 27, at 1:24 a.m., Atlantic City Police Officer Trevor Brenner was stopped by a citizen reporting that a man pulled a handgun on him. While stopped at the traffic light at Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard and Pacific Avenue, a man on the sidewalk removed a handgun from a bag and the citizen quickly drove away, police said.
