Atlantic City Woman Hired Teen For $5K To Shoot Victim Who Stabbed Her: Prosecutor A 29-year-old Atlantic City woman has admitted to hiring a teenager to shoot another woman who previously stabbed her, authorities said. Rashanah Camper pleaded guilty to first-degree attempted murder and second-degree endangering the welfare of a child, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office.
