Philadelphia Motorcyclist Killed By Hit-Run Driver In South Jersey, Police Say A Philadelphia motorcyclist was killed in a hit-and-run crash late Saturday, Aug. 10 in Burlington County, NJ, police said. Gladerby Bredy was found lying along the south shoulder of Arney’s Mount Road in Pemberton after being struck by a vehicle just after 10:40 p.m., Chief Jon Glass said. Bredy had been heading west on North Pemberton Road when he was struck by a southbound vehicle on Arney's Mount Road, Glass said. The driver of the vehicle that struck Bredy fled the scene of the crash, according to Glass.  The incident is under investigation by the Pemberton Township Traffic…

Man Who Fled Fatal Crash Scene Gets Sentence In South Jersey A 27-year-old Camden man was sentenced to five years in New Jersey state prison for leaving the scene of a fatal crash, authorities said. The sport utility vehicle he was driving collided with another car that had crossed the center lines, according to Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia L. Bradshaw.
