Motorcyclist Killed As South Jersey Motorist Exits Driveway: Police A 58-year-old motorcycle rider was killed when he struck a pickup truck emerging from a driveway, authorities said. The crash occurred at about 8:40 p.m. on West Landis Avenue near the Route 55 overpass, Vineland police said. The unidentified Verona man veered off of a roadway in Vineyards and struck a curb, before the motorcycle overturned on the median, the outlet said citing the Florida Highway Patrol. Thomas Zink Jr., of Milltown, was riding on Fresh Ponds Road in East Brunswick about 4:30 p.m. Thursday, March 10 when he crashed, police said.
