Man Arrested In Deadly New Year's Day Stabbing In Atlantic City
An Atlantic City man is charged in connection with one of the city's two deadly stabbings on New Year's Day, authorities said.
Gavin Guzman, 23, was arrested on Saturday, Jan. 13, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office announced on Tuesday, Jan. 16. He's charged with first-degree murder in the death of Nazir Cintron, 22, of Atlantic City.
Atlantic City police responded to the boardwalk and Michigan Avenue just after 7:30 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 1. Cintron was found dead and investigators said Guzman stabbed Cintron in the chest.

Pair Arrested In Armed Robbery In Atlantic City: Police
Two suspects were arrested in Atlantic City in connection with an armed robbery, authorities said.
On Friday, Sept. 8, at 3:45 a.m., Atlantic City patrol officers responded to the area of Ohio and Pacific Avenues for a man reporting that he was robbed of his wallet by a man and a woman. Officers learned the victim, 38, of Bronx, NY, began a conversation with Mariah Gooden, police said. Gooden led the victim to Kkyree Dunkerson. Dunkerson approached the victim and acted as if he had a weapon in his waistband while demanding the victim’s wallet, police said. The wallet was turned over …
