PA Woman Arrested In Central Jersey Woman's Murder: Prosecutor
A Pennsylvania woman has been arrested in connection with the murder of Deborah Brown-Hepworth, 65, of Old Bridge, authorities said.
Elizabeth Jackson, 61, of Yeadon, PA, has been charged with first-degree murder and weapons offenses, according to Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Acting Chief Donald Fritz, Jr., of the Old Bridge Police Department.

Authorities: Edison Man, 42, Charged In Fatal Shooting
A 42-year-old man from Edison has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting in Perth Amboy, authorities said.
Robert Hagens, 42, was charged on Tuesday with the murder of Vidal Carrasquillo-Vasquez, 41, of Perth Amboy, according to Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Perth Amboy Police Chief Roman McKeon.
Hagens also was charged with unlawfully possessing a weapon, they said.
Hagens previously had been arrested on Aug. 24 on a charge of conspiracy to possess cocaine, they said.
