A 22-year-old unlicensed driver has been charged in a hit-and-run crash that killed a motorcyclist, authorities said.

More than 4,000 wax folds of heroin, 50 vials of crack cocaine, and two handguns were seized in the bust of a drug trafficking ring, authorities in New Jersey announced.
A joint investigation involving detectives from Essex and Ocean counties resulted in the arrest of four drug-dealing suspects from Newark, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer.
The investigation allegedly identified a residence in Newark as being utilized by Karl Murray, 34, for purposes of storing and distributing heroin and cocaine in Ocean County, Billhimer said.

Jersey Shore Couple Charged In Catalytic Converter Thefts Worth $25K
A man and woman from Manchester have been arrested in connection with stealing catalytic converters from vehicles, authorities said.
Joseph Cook, 35, and Anna Hardy, face various charges of theft and criminal mischief, according to police.
These thefts, which occurred over the past three months throughout Manchester Township, as well as surrounding areas, resulted in an estimated collective financial loss to the victims in excess of $25,000, police said.
