The family of the New Jersey Transit train operator killed by a fallen tree is planning to sue several organizations for negligence, an attorney said. Jessica Haley of Levittown, Pennsylvania, was identified as the person who died in the crash, according to a news release from the Anapol Weiss law firm on Thursday, Oct. 15. A New Jersey marching band director and teacher's aide accused of having a sexual relationship with a student has had her license revoked by the state's Board of Examiners, authorities announced.
