A 32-year-old Willingboro man was sentenced on Monday, Dec. 4 to 30 years in New Jersey State Prison for a fatal shooting, authorities said. Kwacey Q. A 29-year-old Burlington County man has been charged with fatally shooting "an acquaintance" in the head earlier this month, authorities said. Kwacey Q.
