US Marshals Arrest South Jersey Man In Fatal Boat Crash U.S. Marshals have arrested a 45-year-old South Jersey man in connection with a fatal boat crash, authorities said. The crash allegedly killed a 39-year-old woman in July 2019, according to Acting Atlantic County Prosecutor Cary Shill. Arthur Lesbirel of Galloway was arrested on Monday and charged with aggravated manslaughter in connection to a boat crash that occurred on July 21, 2019, on the Intercoastal Water Way in Galloway Township, Shill said.
