An Atlantic City man will spend up to half a century in prison for killing a Philadelphia man at an apartment complex more than two years ago, authorities said. An Atlantic City man was convicted of killing a Philadelphia man at an apartment complex, authorities said. A jury found 49-year-old Kenneth Creek guilty on Tuesday, June 11 of first-degree murder, second-degree unlawful possession of a handgun, and second-degree possession of a firearm for an unlawful purpose, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said in a news release. A 48-year-old Atlantic City man has been charged in connection with a fatal shooting, authorities said. Kenneth Creek was arrested with the help of U.S. Marshals in connection with the murder of Jordan Eaddy, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office. On Aug. 25, 2022, at 12:06 a.m., the Atlantic City Police Department responded to a Shot Spotter Alert in the area of the 1300 Block of Baltic Avenue. Officers located a male gunshot victim. A 47-year-old fugitive is sought in a fatal shooting of a Philadelphia man in Atlantic City, authorities said. Kenneth Creek of Atlantic City has been charged with murder, conspiracy to commit murder and weapons offenses, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said.
