A Missouri man threatened to shoot and kill his girlfriend at a beachfront motel in Atlantic City, authorities said. James Pace, 75, of Blue Springs, MO, was arrested on Saturday, Aug. 17, the Atlantic City Police Department said in a news release. Officers responded to a domestic dispute at a motel on the beach block of Iowa Avenue at around 9:30 p.m. Investigators said Pace was arguing with a woman he was dating and threatened to kill her in a murder-suicide. A Philadelphia Man allegedly attacked a woman with a brick on the Atlantic City Boardwalk, authorities said. Samuel Cooper, 43, was indicted on Thursday, March 23, for attempted murder in connection with the random attack, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office. The brick was tied in a t-shirt during the attack near Iowa Avenue on Jan. 6, they said. In addition, Cooper was indicted on two counts of aggravated assault and weapons offenses, the prosecutor said. Camden Man Accused Of Stealing EMS Vehicle From Casino Arrested On Atlantic City Boardwalk
A 31-year-old man from South Jersey has been arrested in connection with stealing a parked emergency vehicle that had its lights and siren on at an Atlantic City Casino. Patrick Ford of Clementon in Camden County was charged Tuesday with theft and two counts of criminal mischief for the incident that occurred the previous night, according to Atlantic City police.
