Indictment: Trenton Parolee Fatally Shot Girlfriend's Caller, 47 Days After His Prison Release A 29-year-old man from Trenton has been indicted by a county grand jury for fatally shooting another man -- just 47 days after the parolee was released from state prison, authorities said. Michael Owens has been charged on a six-count indictment in connection with last July's shooting death of 37-year-old Luis X. Gonzalez, according to Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri.
