South Jersey Pair Admit Fentanyl, Firearms Offenses: Prosecutor
A pair of men from Galloway Township have admitted to weapons and drug dealing offenses, authorities said. Ibin Ingrum, 19, of pleaded guilty to second-degree possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute and second-degree unlawful possession of a community gun, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office. Robert Gunter, 40, pleaded guilty to second-degree possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute, the prosecutor said. A 40-year-old man from Egg Harbor City man has been arrested and charged with numerous narcotics offenses, authorities said. following a Gangs, Guns and Narcotics Unit investigation that began in December 2021, Acting Atlantic County Prosecutor Cary Shill announced. South Jersey Man Admits Selling Fatal Dose Of Heroin/Fentanyl: Prosecutor
A 56-year-old man from South Jersey has admitted to selling a fatal dose of heroin and fentanyl to a 59-year-old man, authorities said. Brian Whitted of Galloway Township pleaded guilty to strict liability for a drug related death and narcotics charges in connection to the 2018 fatal overdose of 59-year-old Anthony Tamburelli, according to Acting Atlantic County Prosecutor Cary Shill. Whitted also pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute heroin with co-defendant Emery Chapman, and possession with intent to distribute heroin, Shill said. Sentencing is on April 28.
