$1 Million Lottery Ticket Sold At NJ Liquor Store
A lucky $1 million Mega Millions ticket was sold at a New Jersey liquor store. The second-tier prizewinning ticket from the Oct. 5 drawing was purchased at Adriano’s Liquor, 634 N. A former Franklin Lakes resident who ran from a female police officer who was trying to stop him dialed 911 to report a woman chasing him with a gun, authorities said. Bradford Vance, 25, of the Kips Bay section of Manhattan walked out into the middle of Franklin Avenue and gave the middle finger to the drivers of two vehicles who had to brake to avoid hitting him, Capt. Former NFL Star Charged With DWI After Franklin Lakes Crash
Former NFL defensive end Rob Burnett was arrested and charged with DWI after crashing his truck a couple blocks from his Franklin Lakes home, authorities said. Burnett, 53, was driving a 2020 Dodge Ram that veered off Summit Avenue and crashed in a wooded area off Route 208 near Lynn Drive shortly after 6 p.m. Wednesday, Capt. John Bakelaar said.
