2nd Arrest Made In Fatal Apartment House Shooting In South Jersey A 22-year-old man from South Jersey has become the second person charged in the fatal shooting of a tenant in the parking lot of an apartment complex. Gregory Berry, of Glassboro, was charged with murder, robbery and weapons offenses, according to Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia L. Bradshaw and Maple Shade Police Chief Christopher J. Fletcher. Berry was taken into custody Thursday, April 13 at a residence in West Deptford by the U.S Marshals Service New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force. Slumlords: 'Luxury' South Jersey Apartment Complex Has Hundreds Of Violations, Report Says A 1,500-unit apartment complex in South Jersey has been cited for hundreds of violations, ABC Action News reports. Fox Meadow in Maple Shade is billed as luxury apartments but is hardly that, the outlet said.  "We have holes in the wall. We had an infestation of mice. And I mean, we had a lot of mice; there are pieces of drywall that are falling," resident Alan Marles told ABC.
