The victim reported the assault in January 2022, prompting an investigation, Atlantic City police said. Upon return of a forensic analysis of the collected evidence from the investigation, charges were approved by the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office on Jan. 12. 2023. Troopers responded to the area of 1840 Trails End in Bridgeton Township (Bucks County) around 12:50 p.m. on Aug. 25 on a report of a body wedged against a dock anchored in the Delaware River, authorities said.
