Rare Philadelphia Tornado Watch Put Eagles' NFL Home Game In Spotlight A rare tornado watch is in effect for Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, Chester and Delaware counties, the National Weather Service said on Monday afternoon. The tornado watch extends until 7 p.m. or about an hour before Monday night's NFL game between the Philadelphia Eagles and Seattle Seahawks at Lincoln Financial Field. Tornado Watch In Effect For Parts Of South, Central Jersey A tornado watch is in effect for parts of New Jersey, the National Weather Service said on Monday afternoon. The watch, which includes hail, flooding and high wind warnings, extends until 7 p.m., according to the NWS out of Mount Holly and Philadelphia. There also were numerous reports of widespread electricity outages due to the high winds and downed power lines. 2 Drivers Airlifted In 3 Car Jersey Shore Crash Two drivers were airlifted with serious injuries in a three-car Stafford Township crash Friday, authorities said. A 61-year-old Manahawkin woman was stopped in her 2000 Mazda Miata in the right lane on Route 72 at Marsha Drive when she was struck by a 2001 Nissan Altima, operated by an 82-year-old Ship Bottom man around 10:30 a.m., police said. A 2016 Honda CRV operated by a 75-year-old Delaware woman, stopped in the left lane, was struck by the cars on impact, police said. Jersey Shore Motorists Rescued From Rising Floodwaters: 'Turn Around, Don't Drown' Steady rain brought some instant misery for motorists in Central Jersey, authorities said.
