Atlantic City Fugitive Wanted In Home Invasion Robbery Arrested In Florida A 19-year-old suspect in a shooting last month has been arrested in Florida, authorities said.  Richard Ortiz of Orlando, FL. has been charged with robbery, burglary, theft, aggravated assault, conspiracy and several weapons offenses, according to a spokesman for the Atlantic City Police Department. A home invasion robbery in October resulted in a 22-year-old woman being wounded by gunfire, police said.
