Herbie Allen of Brigantine learned he has "perfect poop" when his late wife was experiencing serious colon problems that hospitalized her. Allen's healthy diet — which has a long list including fruits, fish, honey, room-temperature food and vitamins — contains no soda, sweets, meat, fried foods or alcohol.
