Fire Displaces Camden County Resident A Camden County resident was displaced by a house fire that broke out Sunday afternoon, Nov. 3, police said. The Gloucester Township Police Department was dispatched to 4 Edinburgh Road in the Blackwood section of Gloucester Township just before 3:40 p.m., police said. Upon arrival, heavy smoke and flames were coming from the home. The resident was not home at the time of the fire, and no residents were injured as a result of the fire. Fire Destroys Home, Displaces Residents In Camden County A fire destroyed a home leaving several Camdenb County residents homeless over the weekend, authorities said. On Sunday, April 9, at approximately 12:36 p.m., Gloucester Township police responded to 59 Oak Ave. located in the Blackwood section of Gloucester Township for a dwelling fire.  Arriving officers found heavy smoke coming from the rear of the residence.  As Gloucester Township Fire Departments were arriving, officers ensured that the residence and neighboring homes were evacuated as a precaution.
