The Simpson Restaurant & Bar Opening In Atlantic City A celebrity chef will soon serve up his Caribbean-themed soul food at a new restaurant along the Atlantic City Boardwalk. The Simpson Restaurant & Bar will open at ACX1 Studios on Wednesday, May 1, according to an Instagram post from owner Wenford Simpson.
