Suspect Arrested In Deadly Shooting Spree Of Homeless In NYC & DC Washington DC Police have arrested the suspect involved in five stabbings, including two homicides, where all the victims appeared to be homeless, authorities said on Tuesday, Mar. 15. "Early this AM, law enforcement arrested the suspect in Washington, DC." DC Police tweeted Tuesday morning. "He is currently being interviewed at our Homicide Branch. Killer Stalks Streets Of NYC, DC; Homeless Urged To Find Shelter The first incident occurred Thursday, March 3 around 4 a.m., when a man was shot on the 1100 block of New York Avenue in Washington DC. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. On Tuesday, March 8, police responded to the 1700 block of H Street, where another man had been shot. He, too, was hospitalized with non life-threatening injuries.
