Jai Caesar admitted to the offense on Tuesday, Aug. 29, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office.
On Aug. 11, 2022, Atlantic City police responded to a report of a gunshot hitting the window of a residence on North Indiana Avenue in Atlantic City. When law enforcement arrived, they observed a bullet hole had entered through a window of the residence. Law enforcement reviewed surveillance video from a neighboring residence and were able to identify the subject as Jai Ceasar, the prosecutor said.
Ceasar was subsequently located by law enforcement and taken into custody without incident.
Sentencing will be on Oct. 10.
