South Jersey high school graduate and championship basketball player Claushawn D. Pennerman died unexpectedly at Virtua Willingboro Hospital on Jan. 8. He was 23. Pennerman went to school in Hamilton, where he graduated from Hamilton High School West in 2017, his obituary says. Pennerman then attended Rowan University and became a member of the Hamilton PAL Basketball Championship team, according to his memorial. 14-Year-Old Boy Shot Dead At South Jersey Gas Station
A 14-year-old boy was shot and killed while in a car getting gas at a South Jersey service station Saturday, authorities said. Willingboro police were called to the Phillips 66 on Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Drive around 3 p.m. on reports of a shooting, Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina and Willingboro Township Public Safety Director Kinamo Lomon said. A 20-year-old fugitive from South Jersey wanted in connection with a fatal shooting has been arrested by U.S. Marshals in South Carolina, authorities said. Nicholas Wahl of Burlington City is accused of fatally shooting Dysheem Bruton, 27, and accidentally shooting a 10-year-old boy last Friday, April 30, according to Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina and Burlington Police Chief John Fine. South Jersey Man, 32, Fatally Shot
A 32-year-old man from Burlington County was fatally shot late Friday, authorities said. Beverly police officers were called to the Delacove Homes public complex about 10:15 p.m. on a report of a shooting, according to Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina and Beverly City Public Safety Director Rich Wolbert. Patrol officers found a bystander performing CPR on Octavius Williams, who had been shot in the chest by gunfire, Coffina and Wolbert said. A 27-year-old man from Burlington County died Friday, about an hour after being shot outside an apartment complex, authorities said. Damian T.
