Fire Victim Burned, Airlifted In Central Jersey Blaze: FD A fire with a victim was being battled in Central Jersey, authorities said. The fire was reported at about 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 16 on McKinley Avenue South in Woodbridge Township, initial reports said. A medical helicopter was requested for a 30-year-old woman who had suffered burns, an unconfirmed report said. A spokesman for the Iselin Fire Department confirmed that one victim was airlifted to St. Barnabas Hospital. No other details were released. Atlantic City Man, 33, Wounded By Gunfire Atlantic City police are investigating a shooting that took place earlier Thursday. At 6:29 a.m., police responded to Indiana and Hummock avenues on a ShotSpotter alert.  Atlantic City police found a man suffering from a gunshot wound, according to Lt. Kevin Fair, a department spokesman. The unidentified shooting victim, 33, of Atlantic City, was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Division, with a non-life threatening injury, Fair said.
