Officers responded to the store after receiving a report of shoplifting and spotted the suspects in the rear of the plaza running toward a wooded area, Howell police said. A foot pursuit ensued, and officers apprehended a 25-year-old Manhattan resident and a 21-year-old Bronx resident, whose names were not disclosed by police, law enforcement said.
