4 NYC Shoplifting Suspects Nabbed By Brick Police Four suspects connected with shoplifting throughout the tri-state area have been arrested during an alleged theft at Target, authorities said. On Monday, March 7, at approximately 6 p.m., Brick police and detectives responded to the Target on Route 70 in reference to shoplifting.
