Significant progress has been made in renovating the Atlantic City Aquarium but the long-delayed reopening has been pushed back once again, officials said. The North New Hampshire Avenue aquarium is now expected to reopen in December, Mayor Marty Small Sr. said at a news conference on Monday, Sept. 30. More than half of New Jersey's small business owners may call it quits due to COVID-19, according to a new survey.
