A 91-year-old man was killed in a crash in Bridgewater on Sunday afternoon, May 31, authorities said. At 4:06 p.m., officers responded to Route 22 after a white Tesla was traveling eastbound when it suddenly came to a complete stop in the center lane, Bridgewater police said. Skillman Man Killed After Car Strikes Truck: Montgomery Twp PD
A 64-year-old Skillman man was killed after he struck the back of a truck on the morning of Wednesday, Feb. 19, authorities said. At 10 a.m., police responded to Route 206 near the Nassau Tennis Club after a man driving a 2017 Subaru struck a 2019 International delivery truck, Montgomery Township police said. The two motorcyclists who were killed in a multi-vehicle crash Monday night, July 24 in Marlboro have been identified by the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office. Kashon Cross, 18, of Hazlet and Gregory K. Tutt Jr, 22, of Keansburg were killed in a collision with three other vehicles, the prosecutor's office said. An elderly pair from Maryland was killed in a crash Tuesday evening, June 13 in Highland Park, authorities said. A Mercedes driven by Abeer Viriani, 34, of Iselin, struck a Subaru occupied by Peter Palmer, 75, of Easton, MD, and Carol Paul, 77, of Easton, MD, around 5:30 p.m. at Route 27 and North 10 Street, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone said. Hundreds of thousands of Subaru SUVs are the latest vehicles subject to a nationwide recall due to the potential they could unexpectedly catch fire. The auto giant announced a recall of 271,694 Subaru Ascent SUVs with produced in the 2019 through 2022 model years due to a faulty electrical grounding bolt that may have been improperly fastened, according to the company. A 63-year-old motorcyclist from Camden County was killed in a collision, authorities said. Victor Lorraine was riding west at 7:37 p.m. on Thursday, May 5 when he struck a Subaru from behind on the Atlantic City Expressway in Hammonton, New Jersey State Police said.
