Carteret Woman Among 2 Dead In Bridge Crash That Left 3 Vehicles Mangled Police have identified the two people killed in a three-vehicle crash on a Newark bridge over the weekend. Anaji Ryan, of Carteret, was driving a Ford Focus which collided with a Dodge Durango and Subaru Outback on the Raymond Boulevard Bridge in the city’s Ironbound section around 4 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 12, Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, II, and Newark Public Safety Director Fritz Frage said. Both she and her passenger, Ayriella M. Hughes, were killed. Their ages and hometowns were pending verification. Sussex Dump Truck Driver Indicted For Route 3 Crash That Killed Girl, 1, Injured Mom UPDATE: A dump truck driver who caused a crash that killed a 1-year-old girl and seriously injured her mother on Route 3 in Clifton last summer was indicted on aggravated manslaughter and vehicular homicide charges. The indictment returned by a grand jury in Paterson also charges Chad Hines, 41, of Wantage with two counts of death by auto, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia Valdes said. Hines remained jailed pending an arraignment on the indictment, Valdes said Monday. Evesham police said they incidents occurred on Monday afternoon in the Ridings at Mayfair Development.  At about 4 p.m., near Lexington Circle, an unknown white man approached a group of three girls between the ages of 7 and 10 years old, police said.
