Head Of NJ LGBTQ+ Advocacy Group Charged In Disturbing Child Endangerment Case: Report
Christian Fuscarino, the executive director of Garden State Equality, the state's largest LGBTQ+ advocacy group, has been charged with child endangerment in Neptune City, according to court records obtained by Daily Voice.
At 8 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 9, Fuscarino, 35, pulled a child out of bed and then struck the child with an open hand multiple times across the face before pushing the child into a wall, according to an affidavit of probable cause obtained by NJ Advance Media.

A 32-year-old Toms River police officer pleaded guilty to breaking into a home in Berkeley Township in April, authorities announced Monday, Nov. 17.
As part of her guilty plea, Rebecca Sayegh must resign from the Toms River Township Police Department and is barred from any future public employment in the State of New Jersey, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said.
