A 36-year-old Medford man was arrested and charged with breaking into Country Farms convenience store in Manchester Township, authorities announced Thursday, May 14. The burglary occurred on Saturday, May 9, with video surveillance showing Keith Mulligan smashing the storefront window with a large stone in order to gain access to the store, Manchester police said.
