Jessica Haley of Levittown, Pennsylvania, was identified as the person who died in the crash, according to a news release from the Anapol Weiss law firm on Thursday, Oct. 15. Lucas Schwartz, 12, was identified as the victim of the Eldridge Avenue incident in Lawrence Township on a GoFundMe page.  Police said he'd been playing with a friend in the backyard of a home when gusty winds blew the tree over, and it fell onto him around 12:09 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 14.  Officers freed Schwartz from under the tree and began CPR. Paramedics rushed Lucas to Capital Health System Regional Medical Center where he was pronounced dead from his injuries. Burlington County Man, 58, Struck, Killed By NJ Transit Train A 58-year-old Burlington County man was struck and killed by a New Jersey Transit train in Camden County, authorities said. Thomas E. Schroder, of Maple Shade, died in the crash that occurred at about 8:20 p.m. Monday, Nov. 13 south of Cove Road in Pennsauken, a NJ Transit spokesman said.
