Fatal Crash Prison Manuel Centeno-Rodriguez An unlicensed teenage driver was sentenced to three years in New Jersey State Prison in connection with a rear-end crash that killed a 69-year-old New Brunswick man. Manuel Centeno-Rodriguez, 18, of North Brunswick, was sentenced on Friday, May 3, according to Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Chief Joesph Battaglia of the North Brunswick Police Department.
