A 20-year-old Lakewood man was arrested following a vehicle and foot pursuit, authorities announced Thursday, Dec. 11. On Tuesday evening, Dec. 9, an officer attempted to stop Ja'Syi Jones after observing him driving a Nissan Rogue on the sidewalk along Ocean Avenue, Lakewood police said.
