Ocean Township Burglary Suspect Arrested In Deal An Ocean Township man was charged with attempted burglary after police said he was seen trying to break into an Oakhurst home through the rear door then fleeing on a bicycle. A caller alerted police to the attempted break-in about 1:40 p.m. Thursday, providing what authorities said was a detailed description of the suspect, police said. The suspect was last seen riding a bicycle down Roosevelt Avenue where the home is located, the caller told police. Police in Deal and Long Branch were notified.
