A Toms River man on Tuesday pleaded guilty to charges he was facing after a hit-and-run crash that killed a Morris County utility worker in Metuchen. An 18-year-old driver from Toms River was charged with Monday's hit-and-run that left a 51-year-old utility worker From Whippany in critical condition, authorities said.
